Digital product purchases

Money Skills Playbook is an English-language digital PDF, not a physical book. Please review the product description and product previews before purchasing. Your purchase is a one-time payment with no subscription.

Change of mind

Because Money Skills Playbook is digital content that is made available after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges solely because you change your mind after download access has been provided.

Duplicate charges, missing access or faulty files

Contact support@buildmoneyskills.com if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same intended purchase;
  • you did not receive access to your purchase;
  • you received the wrong file; or
  • the supplied file is corrupted or cannot be opened as intended.

Please include your order number, the email address used for your purchase, and a description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details.

We will investigate confirmed duplicate charges and refund any confirmed duplicate payment. For missing, incorrect or faulty downloads, we will first help restore access or provide the correct working file.

If we are unable to provide the digital product as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required or appropriate.

These remedies do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or overrides any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including rights relating to misrepresentation, non-delivery, defective digital content, cancellation or refunds.

Where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund, that right will be respected in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and deadlines.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved or legally required, we will confirm it by email and return the applicable amount to the original payment method, unless another method is required by law or agreed with you.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Because Money Skills Playbook is a digital product, no physical return is required.
